We will be planning or attending an in-person consultation event and we have agreed with Edington Parish Council that this would be best to occur in September 2026, after the holiday period and to allow residents time to consider our initial proposals.

In September 2026, we would like to table a more detailed layout for residents to comment on. Before we start work on this over the coming weeks, we would really appreciate local residents getting in touch with us to tell us:

• Whether a community area / play space would be a good idea or if there are any other community needs in the village that might be able to be delivered at this site. 

• What you would like any new housing development to look and feel like, in terms of size, types of property, materials, layout and design.

• Any strong views on how you would like the community to be kept up to date and consulted on this project.
