West of England Developments Ltd. is a local development and building company working in Somerset and Devon. They have a track record for working with communities to deliver quality housing which communities can be proud of. Within new housing schemes, the team actively seeks to understand and deliver upon local community priorities within the villages and towns that we work in. This includes providing affordable housing on site and working closely with Community Land Trusts and Housing Associations.
