Polden Planning Ltd was established by Rebecca Randall in 2022, borne out of a desire to provide affordable and reliable professional planning consultancy advice for private clients and communities. 

Our job as your consultant, is to work tirelessly for you, the client, to make the planning system accessible and achievable for you, working with local planning authorities, stakeholders and the project team to deliver your project, your way. 

We are often brought into projects where outcomes or timescales aren’t being met because we have a strong reputation for problem-solving and delivering success. 

For every project, no matter how big or small, we will provide regular client updates and provide you with a clear and realistic strategy for how to take the project from inception to completion. Clients should have no doubt at any stage that their project is in the best hands when working alongside Polden Planning.

We are conveniently located minutes from the M5 in the heart of Somerset which means we are ideally placed for all sites and opportunities within the south west of England. 

High demand for services and our commitment to providing an outstanding client experience means that we often have 2-3 month lead in times to maintain this level of service on all of our projects, so please bear this in mind when planning your project.
